Gun, er, DJ for Hire...

If anyone has corporate events or the like in the SF Bay Area for which they need a DJ, please contact me. I'm currently looking for work in events that do not involve weddings or politics. Other than that I think we're in business!

These would of course have to be for-pay events. I haven't been doing this for twenty years to go back to pro-bono work!

One of the areas I'm very interested in is the fashion and music industry events, as well as opening for bands in the area (which probably doesn't pay that well, but I'm willing to discuss compensation).

Mid-September Update - Three New Mixes!

I just wanted to announce that I've added three new mixes to the mixpage on my site:

one thing i forgot to mention earlier is that David J of Bauhaus and Love & Rockets is going to be at, of all things, the Best Buy area at Macworld on Friday.

macworld this year was a bit of a different experience than the frenzy of last year.... a little more low key, but how could you really exceed the hype surrounding the iPhone?

i did attend for professional reasons, as the web-based product i've been working on for the last year and a half launched just in time for macworld....

anyway, one thing that i realized is that i really need to go to NAMM.
